Privacy Notice
1. Who is responsible
Vomini LTDA. Contact: contact@vomini.com.
2. What we collect
- Your name and email, and your phone if you give it, which you type at checkout, and your payment details, which go straight to Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- What you bought, and your answer to "just me, or my team too?" on the access page.
- Technical data at checkout: IP address, browser (user agent) and, if ad measurement is on, the Meta cookie identifiers (_fbp, _fbc), stored with your Stripe order.
3. Why
- To process your payment, give you access and send your receipt, your access link and the setup emails of the first 14 days (contract). Each email has a one-click unsubscribe.
- To reach you by phone only if your payment or access needs help.
- To measure our ads: when it is switched on, the pages use the Meta Pixel, and we send the purchase to Meta's Conversions API with your email hashed (scrambled with SHA-256), your IP, browser and the cookie identifiers (legitimate interest or consent, as your local law requires).
- To tell you about The Friday Build and about a version for your team, if you say your team could use it.
4. Who receives it
Stripe (payments), Meta (ad measurement), Cloudflare (hosting), our email provider and our customer records system. Some of them process data outside your country.
5. What we never receive
The automations you build run on your own Cloudflare account. We have no access to them or to the data you put in them.
6. How long
Order records for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Marketing data until you ask us to stop. If you get a refund, we stop sending you emails.
7. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or to stop marketing emails, by writing to contact@vomini.com. Brazilian residents have the rights of the LGPD (Law 13.709/2018).
