Terms of Sale
1. Who sells
The Friday Automation, The Boss Kit, The Desk Agent and The Friday Build are sold by Vomini LTDA, a Brazilian company ("Vomini", "we"). The company details are at the bottom of this page.
2. What you buy
Digital, educational products. The Friday Automation is a 7-day plan with video lessons, 30 recipes for common office tasks, the hours-saved sheet, the Friday Automation Starter (a Cloudflare Worker template) and two prompts (Task Brief and anti-slop). If you add them at checkout or right after, you also get The Boss Kit (document templates for a business case and pilot plan, an email and a talk script) and/or The Desk Agent (a Worker with five agents, its lesson and a prompt set). The Friday Build is a live online session. You get a personal licence to use the materials in your own work, including at your employer. You may not resell or republish the lessons or the files.
3. Price and payment
Prices are in US dollars and shown before you pay. Payment is processed by Stripe. If you accept the one-click offer after checkout, the card you used at checkout is charged for that offer only after you click to accept it.
4. Third-party tools
The plan teaches tools made by other companies (Claude by Anthropic, Cloudflare). You open your own accounts with them, accept their terms and, if you choose a paid plan, pay them directly. Their prices, free allowances and features can change. Vomini is not affiliated with them.
5. Your work data
You decide what data goes into the automations you build, and you are responsible for following your employer's rules about it. The plan starts on test data and recommends asking your manager before you use real data.
6. No promise of results
This is an educational product. What an automation saves depends on the task you pick and how you set it up. We make no promise of income, of hours saved or of any result at work.

8. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, with the courts of São Paulo, SP, except where the consumer law of your country gives you the right to another forum or protection that cannot be waived. If this English text and a Portuguese version differ, the Portuguese prevails.
